My thoughts and prayers are with you at this difficult time. May the promise found at Isaiah 25:8 bring some comfort to family and friends. "He will swallow up death forever. The Sovereign Lord will wipe away the tears from all faces.“ God will remove sickness, old age and death from the human family. Jesus Christ taught us to pray for God’s Kingdom to come at Matthew 6:9,10. God's original purpose for the earth being a paradise will be realized. We will be with our dear loved ones once again. May God’s loving promises and your pleasant memories comfort you at this difficult time and in the days ahead.

I am sorry to hear of the passing of your mom.
I have fond memories of growing up in Calumet with her as one of the "moms" who watched over us.
Take care,

I am deeply sorry for the loss of your mother. She and Russell were great family friends for years. I loved visiting with them when I came to the calumet church. As a child I remember visiting them at their home in calumet. I drive by and still remember visiting as a child. I wil mis her and Russell.

"Skinny" and Marie were good friends of ours when Pete & I first married. We would get together almost every week-end for house parties, and ALWAYS had such a great time with them. I remember laughing SO hard at their antics. May you rest in peace, Marie, and thank you for being such a good friend.
