Vivian A. (Alday) Warren

             ​Vivian A. Warren, 92, Grand Rapids, MN died January 16, 2023 at Grand Itasca Hospital in Grand Rapids, MN.  She was born November 3, 1930 in Donalsonville, GA. A homemaker by trade, Vivian was a member of the former  Balsam Mennonite Church in Balsam, MN.  She loved knitting and donating her works to charities.  She also was an AVON Lady of the Cloverdale area for many years.  

​She is survived by her children Alan (Donna) Jones, Shipshewana, IN, John Paul (Ranee’) Jones, White Pigeon, MI, Ella (Mike) Zidarich, Grand Rapids, MN, and Elsie Spires, Brooklyn Park, MN, daughter-in-law Linda Jones Cahee, 15 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, several great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

​She was preceded in death by her son, Walter Jones, grandson, Scott Jones, two great-grandchildren, son-in-law Richard Spires, husbands, Albert Glen Jones, Timothy Hartman, and Sam Warren, parents, and three siblings, Denver, Rene, and Robbie.

​Per Vivian’s request, there will be a private graveside service held in the Balsam Cemetery this summer.
