Sonja Faith (Inglebret) Torkkola

          Sonja F. Torkkola, 82, Becker, MN, died Monday, May 27, 2024.

          Born October 15, 1941, in Preston, MN, she was the daughter of Raymond and Ruth (Neagle) Inglebret.  Sonja lived most of her life in Itasca County, was a Grand Rapids high school graduate and had worked for the Greenway school district.  Sonja was married to Leslie Torkkola.

          Her parents, Raymond and Ruth Inglebret; her husband, Leslie; a son, Ryan; and seven brothers and sisters preceded her in death.

          Survivors include her sons, Rodger, Rick (Jennifer), Russell, and Randy Torkkola; eight grandchildren; and a sister, Thora Monson.

          Services will be held at a later date.  Interment will be in the Lakeview Cemetery of Coleraine.
