Ruby Ruth (Gross) Aimonetti

Ruby R. Aimonetti, 86, rural Marble, died on Thursday, January 18, 2018 in the Grand Itasca Hospital, Grand Rapids.
Born June 28, 1931 in Calumet, she was the daughter of William and Leona (Vizenor) Gross.  Ruby was a 1950 graduate of Greenway High School and was a lifelong Itasca County Resident.  Ruby and Ronald J. Aimonetti were married on April 11, 1957 in Northwood, IA.  She was a home maker, a member of St. Mary’s Catholic Church of Marble, a member of the Grand Rapids Eagles Auxiliary and the Bovey Moose Auxiliary.
Her parents; William and Leona Gross; her step-mother, LaVonne and her step-father, Elmer Johnson preceded her in death.
Survivors include her husband, Ronald; children, Rory Aimonetti of Nashwauk, Randy Aimonetti of Bovey, Rhonda Aimonetti of Hibbing, Rene (Mike) Vogel of Bovey, and Rochelle (Ott) Aimonetti of Calumet; nine grandchildren; twelve great grandchildren; and a sister, Evelyn Gregg of Grand Rapids.
