Obituary

       

Ronald J. Aimonetti, 87, rural Marble, died Tuesday, August 9, 2022, in his home.

          Born February 17, 1935, in Taconite, he was the son of Joe and Vada Belle (Fox) Aimonetti.  He attended Greenway schools and lived most of his life in Itasca County.  Ron and Ruby R. Gross were married on April 11, 1957, in Northwood, IA.  He had been a sheet metal worker, was a U. S. Army Veteran, and a member of the Taconite American Legion Post for 43 years.

          His parents and his wife Ruby preceded him in death.

          Survivors include his children, Rory Aimonetti of Nashwauk, Randy Aimonetti of Bovey, Rhonda Aimonetti of Hibbing, Rene (Mike) Vogel of Bovey and Rochelle (Ott) Aimonetti of Calumet; nine grandchildren, and fifteen great grandchildren.

          Graveside services with military honors will be held at 2:00 PM, on Friday, August 12, 2022 in the Lakeview Cemetery, Coleraine.
