Rachael Marie Hipsag, 48, of Marble, MN, passed away peacefully yet unexpectedly at her home in New Brighton, MN, on Thursday, October 2, 2025. She was born in Grand Rapids, MN, on July 21, 1977, to Richard and Donna (Anderson) Hipsag. Rachael grew up in Pengilly and Marble while attending school and graduating from Greenway High School with the class of 1996. She started and raised her family in Marble where she always had an open door and welcoming home for anyone passing through. Rachael had college schooling at ICC and worked for many years as a PCA at Home and Comfort in Coleraine taking care of others. She also worked as an order processor at Arrowhead Promotion in Grand Rapids. Rachael lived life her own way as she did things on her own terms. She was family-oriented and always put them first as she was always there supporting everyone and getting family together no matter what the event might have been. Rachael was a gifted photographer and enjoyed music, going to concerts, cheering on the Vikings and looking after her animals. She always had a positive outlook on things while she was laughing or had a smile on her face. Above all, Rachael adored her children and grandchildren. She was so proud of all of them and loved them wholeheartedly.
Rachael is survived by her mother Donna (Glenn Jackson) Rollins, children Mackenzie Olson, Dylan (Miriam) Olson and Morgan Olson, siblings Ricky (Michelle) Hipsag and Robin (Rocky) Chisholm, grandkids Ryder Chisholm, Vincent Waterbury and baby Elliot on the way, significant other Paul Pechan and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. She is preceded in death by her grandparents on both sides of the family, father Richard Hipsag and stepfather Ron Rollins.
