Patricia Ann (Bevins) Cook

Patricia A. Cook, 65, Grand Rapids, died Thursday, October 26, 2017 in her home.
Born March 30, 1952 in Grand Rapids, she was the daughter of Jim and Josephine (Meyers) Bevins.  Patricia attended Grand Rapids schools and had been a group home care giver.
Her parents, Jim and Josephine Bevins; and a brother, Bradley Bevins preceded her in death.
Survivors include her son, Michael Cook of Grand Rapids; sisters, Debra Bevins of Grand Rapids and Linda Cralle of Chincoteque, VA; and her significant other, Dennis Adkins of Grand Rapids.
Visitation will be 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM funeral service on Wednesday, November 1, 2017 in the Peterson Funeral Chapel of Coleraine.  Interment will be in the Itasca - Calvary Cemetery, Grand Rapids.
