Kevin Wayne Braith, 60, of Swan River, Minnesota, passed away on April 21, 2026.
He was born on November 29, 1965, to Henry and Lois Braith. Kevin was a devoted husband and a cherished “Papa Bubba,” a role he held close to his heart. He was also a beloved brother and friend.
Known for his genuine kindness, calm demeanor, and warm smile, Kevin had a steady presence that brought comfort to those around him. He valued family deeply and will be remembered for the quiet strength and care he shared with others.
Kevin is survived by his daughter, Jennifer (Blair) Nelson of Bemidji, Minnesota; his grandchildren, Kimberlee, Alex, Madeline, Kiera, Annika, and Hunter; and his great-grandchildren, Jazmyn and Faith. He is also survived by his brother, Scott Braith; his sisters, Katherine (Jim) Marxen, Shelly (Chris) Gerdes, and Natalie (Aaron) Ditter; along with many beloved nieces and nephews.
He was preceded in death by his wife, Julie Olds Braith; his parents, Lois and Henry Braith; his brother, David Braith; his sister and brother-in-law, Elaine and Russell Locken.
A memorial service will be held at Northland Bible Baptist Church, 2026 Northland Street, Grand Rapids, on May 16, 2026 at 11:00 am.
Kevin will be deeply missed and fondly remembered by all who knew and loved him.
