FayEtte C. (Johnson) Serich

Beloved wife, sister, aunt and friend, FayEtte Serich, passed away on Sunday, February 23, 2025 surrounded by loving family. FayEtte lived a full life through many adventurous experiences with her husband Ron, family and friends, camping, fishing, hiking, jet skiing and much more. She was a creative soul in cooking, graphic arts, photography, fiber arts and landscaping. FayEtte was generous to all who needed help, especially her family and friends. Her greatest adventure was her marriage to Ron Serich from 1973 to 2025.

          FayEtte (Johnson) Serich was born to Alexander Johnson and Doris E. Johnson on October 30, 1946. She is preceded in death by her father and mother, sister; Sandra (Johnson) Nielson, and brother; Nestor Johnson.

          Survivors include her loving husband Ron Serich, a sister, Doreen Johnson and family, and the Bob and Jule Serich family, plus many cousins, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews.

          Funeral Services for FayEtte will be 3:00 PM, Saturday, March 8, 2025, in the Community Bible Chapel, located at 125 NW 5th Street, Cohasset, MN, 55721. The Rev. Joel Rygh will officiate. Visitation will be from 2:00 PM until the 3:00 PM memorial service at the church on Saturday, with fellowship to follow in the church hall. Interment will be at a later date. FayEtte’s family would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Leanne and Dave Brenden and staff at Autumn Lane Assisted Living for the wonderful love and care they gave FayEtte during her time there.  Arrangements are with the Peterson Funeral Chapel and Cremation Services of Coleraine.
