Faith Ann (Lawson) Miltich

Our beloved Faith Ann transitioned to the spirit world peacefully on Monday, January 8, 2024. She was born on March 30,1980 in Grand Rapids, MN to Kayls Lawson and Michael (Nibs) Bellefy.

Her battle with cancer over the past 2 1/2 years showed her tremendous courage and fighting spirit.  Her love for others, her beautiful smile and optimism got her family and friends through the most difficult of days.

As a child, Faith saw beauty and purpose in everything.  She was a true artist and collector.  She not only collected tangible colorful items, but also a kaleidoscope of friends.  She was a radiant light that drew people to her.  Accepting, humble, non-judgmental, fun, loving, wild, energetic, radiant, unique, eclectic, empathetic, creative, and beautiful are all words her friends use to describe her.

Faith’s creativity continued during her career life in Fargo, ND at Macy’s and Herberger’s as a make-up artist.  She attended Josef’s School of Hair and Design, where she received her license as a cosmetologist.  She shared her talents of hair and beauty at the Ulta Salon and in her home.  Bartending came later at the Empire in downtown Fargo, where her love of others shined brightly.

Faith was preceded in death by her father, Michael (Nibs) Bellefy; uncle, Ron Bellefy; grandmother, Mary Jane Lawson - Spooner; and grandfathers, Wally Bellefy, Robert (Beefy) Lawson, and William Spooner.

Survived by the loves of her life, Marty Juarez; daughters, Millie and Chloe; son, Jayden; her mother, Kayls; dad, Jim; brothers, Baird, and his children, Veda and Rowan, Jacob and  Nicole, and their children, Mila, Ezekiah, and Elio; grandmothers, Steph Juarez and Nora Bellefy; her puppy, Mr. Bellefy; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins and friends.

A celebration of Faith’s Life will be held in the Barn in the Woods, 26251 Co. Rd. 478 Bovey, MN on Saturday January 13, 2024 at 1:00 PM.  Visitation will begin at 12:00 Noon.
