Cristine Lee Brown, 64, Lawrence Lake, died Saturday, September 16, 2017 at Home and Comfort in Coleraine. She was born to Ralph and Loretta (Hoaglun) Kluck in Grand Rapids, MN on March 2, 1953. Cristine loved music, and she gave private piano and vocal lessons for many years as a member of the Itasca Music Club. She was very involved in the Relay for Life having participated from its beginning. Cristine was an active member of the Lawron Presbyterian Church in rural Bovey.
She will be missed by her children, Jeshua (Alyssa) Brown of Gilbert, MN, and Alasia Brown of Little Canada, MN; her husband, Rodger Brown of International Falls, MN; four grandchildren, Owen Brown, Logan Hughes, Haylie Hughes, and Beckham Brown; siblings, William (Terri) Barse, James (Ardie) Kluck, Linda Olds, and Steven Kluck. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Kayce Brown and her parents.
Memorial services will be held at 1:00 pm. Monday September 25, 2017 in the Lawron Presbyterian Church with the Rev. Dorothy Duquette officiating. Visitation will be for one hour before the service.
