Clayton J. Erickson, 64, Cohasset, died Saturday, April 9, 2022, in the Grand Itasca Hospital, Grand Rapids.
Born November 10, 1957, in Grand Rapids, he was the son of Erwin and Betty (Schultz) Erickson. A lifelong resident of Itasca County, Clayton was a Grand Rapids High School graduate and married Nanette Schwochert on August 13, 2001, in Grand Rapids.
His Father, Erwin Erickson; his stepfather, Robert Nichols; and his grandparents preceded him in death.
Survivors include his wife, Nanette; children, Nathan (Bree) Erickson of Deer River, Becca (David) Rahn of Swanville, MN, and Kendra Anderson of Baxter, MN; his step-children, Dustin and Chase Johnson, both of Bovey, seven grandchildren; his mother, Betty Nichols of Grand Rapids; and siblings, Byron (Lori) Erickson of Grand Rapids, Brenda Riendeau of Grand Rapids, Tony Erickson of Phoenix, AZ, and Betsy (Joe) Sobolik of Grand Rapids.
Private family services will be held at a later date.
