Muriel O (Estabrooks) Foster Ash

          Muriel O. Foster Ash, 90 of Calumet, died on Monday, July 9, 2018 in the Fairview University Hospital in Hibbing, MN.

          She was born on November 29, 1927 in Northome, MN, she was the daughter of Don and Anna (Norby) Estabrooks.

          She was preceded in death by her first husband, Chester Foster, a daughter; Linda Kosola, a son; Gary Foster, and a grandson; David Foster.

          Survivors include her husband Lt. Cmdr. Lloyd Ash of Calumet, Children; Retta Zufall of Pengilly, Chester W. “Bub” Foster of Calumet, Bill Foster of Hibbing, Carol (Steve) McNamara of Bovey, Don (RaChelle) Foster of Hibbing, and Terri (Shawn) Salminen of Hibbing, and a son-in-law; Roger Kosola of Kelly Lake. Her step-children; Lloyd (Sara) Ash, Jr, Howard (Gail) Ash and Nina Evans, and many grandchildren, great-grandchildren and a few great-great-grandchildren.

          Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the 11:00 AM Funeral Service on Friday, July 13, 2018 in the Peterson Funeral Chapel of Coleraine. Interment will be in the Nashwauk Cemetery.
